This is a new, low cost, but perfectly accurate vernier caliper.

ISNHCP Natural Hoof Care Practitioners use this caliper for locating the "bull's-eye." a single dot drawn on the MATW. This dot is referenced by the Hoof Meter Reader for determining natural Toe Length and Toe Angle based on my wild horse research.
