Email me with an explanation in your own words of the problem you need help with. If I need additional information or further clarification, I will get back to you.

If I can help you, I will come back with an opinion, solution, or recommendation within a day or two, if not the same day. If I feel I can't help you at all, I will refund your payment with a notice to that effect.
